At Basics Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is unworn and in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and securely seal the box or mailer with the return label visible.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse processes your refund or exchange.
